Crosby Arboretum
Picayune, Mississippi
The
arboretum was established in 1980. It was given to
Mississippi State University in 1997. About 100 acres is
developed and interpreted and another 1,000 acres are
managed as natural areas. Plants collections concentrate on
species native to south-central Mississippi and Louisiana.
